Terms of Use

About this site

This site is run by Best Property Jakarta, a property agency in Jakarta that markets apartments and houses for rent and for sale, and new projects from developers.

Prices and units

Prices, availability, sizes and specifications come from the owners and the developers' marketing material, and may change at any time without notice. Images of new projects are illustrations. What binds is the agreement with the owner, or the developer's official documentation at the time of booking.

New projects

Best Property Jakarta markets new projects as an agent, not as the developer. Pricelists and product documents are sent by our agents on WhatsApp and follow the developer's terms.

Mortgage calculator

Its result is an estimate, not a credit offer. Rates, tenors and approval follow the bank's terms.

Trademarks

The project, building and developer names and marks on this site belong to their respective owners.
