Chianti Tower Function Room at Casa Grande, Jakarta
Chianti Tower function room: a private event space for residents
Tower Chianti is part of Casa Grande Residence Phase 2, inside the Kota Kasablanka superblock (a large mixed-use development combining homes, a mall and offices) in South Jakarta. It is described as one of the more exclusive towers there, and one of its main attractions is a function room reserved for residents.
For expatriate families and professionals, this kind of room can matter in daily life. It offers a place to host a birthday, a family gathering or a private business meeting without leaving the apartment complex.
Design and interior
The room is described as calm, intimate and elegant, with a high ceiling that makes it feel spacious rather than cramped.
The interior combines several materials and details:
- High quality wood panels in a contemporary geometric pattern
- Brass accents with a soft shine
- Fabric-covered textured walls that work as decoration and as natural sound absorbers
A flexible layout for different events
The room has no fixed permanent partitions, so it can be rearranged to suit each event. For formal occasions such as business meetings, private corporate presentations or casual shareholder meetings, it can be set up with conference tables.
For personal celebrations such as birthdays, engagement parties or large family gatherings (arisan, a regular social get-together), it can be arranged as a banquet space with round tables.
Equipment and supporting facilities
The room is described as having an integrated sound system with clear speech and soft background music, supported by its acoustic design. A high resolution wireless projector and an automatic mechanical screen are also available for presentations or video.
At the back there is a clean pantry or preparation room. This is useful if you plan a buffet or a formal set menu dinner.
Privacy inside a busy superblock
The complex connects directly to the busy Mall Kota Kasablanka, yet the source says privacy in the function room is well kept. Pakuwon Group management applies layered circulation controls, so mall visitors and residents of other towers outside Phase 2 do not pass through the area.
Guests can be directed to a private drop-off area for Tower Chianti, then pass a security check at the main lobby desk before being escorted to the event room.
Booking and maintenance
Reservations are described as orderly and transparent. Residents book through the internal resident app or directly through the lobby management.
Deep cleaning is done before and after each event. The air conditioning, furniture and electrical functions are also maintained regularly. Ask the agent or building management to confirm booking rules and any fees, because the source gives no details.
What this means if you are choosing a home here
The source argues that a private room like this saves the cost and time of renting a meeting room at an external hotel. It also presents the facility as added value for unit owners.
Before you sign, check how the room is booked and what it costs, and see it in person. That tells you whether it suits the way you entertain.
